 General Terms and Conditions, State of Florida, USA

 Photography, Videography, Content Creation and Media Management Services

 Verbal contracts are legally recognized in the State of Florida. They can be proven through the actions of the

 parties involved, such as but not limited to verbal, text, and/or email communications, or by witnesses who

 have heard the parties entering into the contract. Additionally, a lawful consideration, such as money or

 something of value, must be exchanged between the parties. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse

 any service at any time.

 It is mutually agreed that the terms of the general terms and conditions outlined in this NRBVISIONS LLC

 service contract are an essential part of the agreement, and no changes or modifications to this contract will

 be valid unless they are accepted by NRBVISIONS LLC in writing.

 Regarding bookings, the fee for the Booking/Services covers our expenses and administration costs, and it

 secures the time and services of our photographer(s) for NRBVISIONS LLC services. Please be aware that

 the booking fee is non-refundable. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis, and dates will only

 be reserved once a full deposit is received. Please note that no refunds will be provided for canceled or

 no-show sessions.

 1. PAYMENT TERMS: The fee for Photography, Videography, Content Creation, and/or Media Management

 Services must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by NRBVISIONS LLC.

 No other payment methods will be accepted.

 2. COPYRIGHT: All photographs, videos taken, and media content created by NRBVISIONS LLC are the

 exclusive property of NRBVISIONS LLC and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without written

 consent. However, the Client may use the photographs for personal and non-commercial purposes or for

 limited commercial purposes within the scope of work under the client's name if the material created by

 NRBVISIONS LLC is for commercial purposes only.

 3. THIRD-PARTY TERMS AND CONDITION: NRBVISIONS LLC digital services/products are governed for

 third-party provider's terms and conditions products/services such as but not limited to computer

 softwares/hardware, digital applications, web browsers, digital platforms, digital operational systems,

 consultants, contractors, general equipment, locations, digital or physical copyright material, etc.

 4. MODEL RELEASE: NRBVISIONS LLC has the authority to independently use and release to third parties

 all the photographs, videos taken, and media content created, including but not limited to advertising,

 marketing, and other promotional purposes.

 5. INSPECTION OF SERVICES: The Client's compensation is dependent on inspecting the completed

 Services provided by NRBVISIONS LLC. If any of the Services are found to be defective or incomplete, the

 Client has the right to notify NRBVISIONS LLC, who will promptly rectify the work within a reasonable

 timeframe.

 6. LIABILITY: If NRBVISIONS LLC is unable to provide the expected service/performance due to any

 circumstances and special events beyond its control or not, such as but not limited to technological failure,

 equipment failure, drone flying operation failure, cyberattacks, delivery failure, weather, fire, flood, lack of

 power, casualty, illness, human nature, the act of God, or any other cause regardless the event or session

 location. In that case, the client acknowledges that the event or session planning and execution is under its

 responsibility and that NRBVISIONS LLC is protected from any liability, damage, personal injury, or loss,

 including but not limited to medical cost, the cost of delay, lost business, loss of property, contract fines,

 anticipated profit, lost deposits, loss of reputation, lost revenue, etc. It is recommended that each client’s

 event or session be protected by the purchase of a general liability insurance policy at the client’s expense. If

 NRBVISIONS LLC cannot provide the services, payment made by the client could be partially or completely

 reimbursed. In the event of a dispute that requires arbitration or mediation, the service provider will be entitled

 to reimbursement of all legal fees, including but not limited to attorneys’

 fees from the client. The jurisdiction

 for this agreement is under the governance of Florida Law.

 In the event that clients arrive at their photography session in a disorganized manner or exhibit disrespect

 towards NRBVISIONS LLC personnel and their equipment, the session will be promptly canceled. Please

 note that no refund will be provided in accordance with the cancellation terms.
